I have been presented by many people about different genres of music not qualifying as gospel music and I have even heard some people go so far as saying some genres are simply wicked and from Satan himself.

My question to them is always this. Are you basing your arguments from biblical scriptures or personal opinion?

Today let's go straight to the Bible

1 Corinthians 9:20 To the Jews I became as a Jew, in order to win Jews. To those under the law I became as one under the law (though not being myself under the law) that I might win those under the law.

We must adapt to the times but, not stray from the truth or Gods word! Truth will always be truth so I am in no ways saying we need to bend or compromise, but we do need to be relatable!

When people say Satan has created diffrent genres of music they speak in ignorance.

1. Satan is not a creator he is a creature an imitator and a perverter, God is the great creator John 1:1-4.

2. Music was created by God but perverted or twisted by Satan 

However we were also created by God and perverted by Satan that's why the bible call us children of wrath but again Jesus paid the price and we can be renewed by becoming Born again. Ephesians 2:3-5 

So just like we have been redeemed and transformed rap and other Genre of music can be transformed and redeemed to anointed music also and can be used to reach the masses who aren't saved and bring them into the fold just like the scripture mentioned earlier.
